Stuck on ‘Logging’.

Once you have submitted your username and password combination the screen says that it is ‘Logging’ and then nothing happens.

To fix this, try clicking refresh in your browser whilst the screen is stuck in the logging state. If this does not work, please close your browser and try again.

 

Username/Password hasn’t been sent to me via email

Sometimes our emails get caught by SPAM filters and sent to junk folders. Make sure you have checked your junk folder to see if your details are there! If they are not, please fill out the form below and get in touch with us!

 

Username/Password doesn’t work

Please make sure that you have entered your email and password correctly! Spelling mistakes are the most common cause of this issue! Remember that passwords are case sensitive! If you are not having any luck, please get in touch with us, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

The website is blank/I can’t see anything!

Some browser versions don’t always work with some websites! The quickest and easiest way to resolve this is to try opening the webpage in another browser (eg Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox etc). If the site still doesn’t work, please fill out the form below and we’ll get more information from you to resolve the issue!
