In this excerpt from a brilliant conceptual paper, the study of musician’s brain structures and functions acts as a great tool to better understand ADHD.

The researchers suggest the brain structures and functions that are noticeably enhanced in musicians appear to be underdeveloped in people diagnosed with ADHD. The researchers believe that through identifying these connections, we could come to better understand ADHD and the effectiveness of current interventions and therapies.
